  1. the video is a good example of those things that teachers usally forget. I agree with that idea of being like god, we need to focus on everything around us and be in control of every situation but it only is achieved by observing ourselves and reflecting about our acts. Finally, we are in classrooms for students not for reaching a personal goal and that is what teachers tends to forget as the time passes by.

    1. I like the metaphor of "being like God"! And you´re right, the self-observation is a technique very famous in various fields, and in our case is more than useful; it is almost mandatory. But this happen only if we want to improve our performance as teachers because no one is pushing you to do it. If we just do our regular job as passive teachers we could be the teacher in the video who has no idea of the importance of his role as teacher.

  2. That's what happens when a person that has no clue about the real purpose of education tries to tell you what to do in your classes. People need to remember that although teachers need to engage and in some way captivate students, there's always a limit. It is impossible to control every single thing that happens in a classroom (the aerial view thing sounds cool though). Some people say it's funny because it's true, but in this case, it's sad because it is what sometimes we see in real life. Nice video :)

    1. It is difficult to pay attention to everything that happens in the classroom; it is such a skill that we must develope over time and thanks to the power of the experience.
